With over 14 years of experience, Dominique specialises in both fitness and wellness, offering personalised training that addresses physical and mental well-being. Now building a team of health, fitness, and mental wellness professionals, Dominique is expanding services to provide a more holistic approach to client care. In addition to in-person coaching, an innovative online platform is being developed to make it easier for clients to access customised training programs, live and real-time exercise classes, nutrition guidance, and mental wellness support, all tailored to their unique needs and goals.
